In accordance with the European Parliament and of the Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of the European Union UE L 119 of 04/05/2016) I hereby give my consent for Targi Kielce SA with its registered seat in Kielce to use telecommunications user's device I possess for the purposes of direct marketing, in accordance with art.172 of the Telecommunications Act.

In accordance with the European Parliament and of the Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal. of the European Union - L 119 of 05/04/2016) I hereby give my consent for my personal data to be processed for marketing purposes - i.e. provision of information about subsequent events held in Targi Kielce with its registered seat in Kielce. This includes information about exhibitions, expos, conferences and similar events. The consent applies to current and future events.

I hereby give my consent for Targi Kielce with the registered seat in Kielce to process the personal data provided — i.e. the name, surname, the company name and address, the telephone number so that the data is stored in the QRCode form. If processing requires participation of a third party, I grant my consent to the transfer the data to the entity authorised to process the data.
